用slow cooker 放水和参, 开到高档,水开后关掉。第二天如果参变软了,就用剪刀剪开参的肚子,除掉里面的肠之类的脏东西,换水再煮开,关掉。第三天,你看参涨大到干的时候的5--10倍大,就发好了。好的参发出来,肉很厚实。
